Wear comfortable clothing and shoes... like yoga wear.. Spiritual Belly Dance with Rachel (Astarte) Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm $10 per class Belly dancing is healthy for the mind, body and spirit. This class explores the ancient art of belly dance as a way to awaken the divine within. Dancing is a great way to relieve stress, tone the body, connect with spirit and have fun. All ages and body types are welcome, no dance experience is required.

Come and join us for our FIRST EVENT IN TAMPA BAY!

Our consciousness will be EVOLVING with our REVOLVING discussion of the SUN, SOLAR POWER and SOLAR ENERGIES... Spiritually, physically, mentally, what can the SUN do for YOU? Bring thoughts, enterprises, info, stories... We will pass the rattle so everyone can speak so COME AND SHARE WITH US! The Spores take place on the third Wednesday of every month. These cross-network “activations” are meant to bring various individuals, groups, and tribes together to connect, share information, and initiate collaborations.

Each month has a different theme, from alternative economies to sustainable food practices, from holistic health to shamanic practices, from visionary art to media activism. The Spores are not specifically trying to start up individual projects, but rather to create a space for diverse organizations in the conscious community to come together to inform us how to take action. Groups can range from bicycle co-ops and yoga studios to neighborhood gardens and urban homesteads to local currency groups and healing circles.
